These are brand new, bought from Apple iPads, not refurbs, with official receipts with Apples on 'em and everything. I know for us it is a Verizon thing. Thanks all for the replies. There are conditions for what can be included in DEP from what I understand. Why did Apple say you can't enroll them? That usually only happens when they are refurbs from what I've saw.
